I am an attorney who has been practicing for more than 35 years. My office offers an alternative to the larger, more impersonal law firms. I personally handle every case my office takes on. My practice focuses on Personal Injury, Estate Planning and Probate Administration.
I am an honors graduate of the University of California, San Diego. I attended law school at Golden Gate University in San Francisco. During this time, I was fortunate enough to clerk for the Court of Appeals and the Superior Court. In addition, I clerked for the Deputy Chief City Attorney for San Francisco in the Major Litigation Unit. In this regard, I worked on significant injury claims. This gave me insight into how an injury claim should be presented and why some claims settle for larger sums than others.
Following graduation, I worked as an assistant district attorney for Norfolk County where I prosecuted felonies as well as misdemeanor offenses. The experience taught me how to try cases which gives me a significant benefit that many other lawyers do not have.
In addition to Massachusetts, I am admitted to practice in California as well as in the Federal District Court and the First Circuit Court of Appeals.
